Papers submission

Posters and presentations

The authors will bring their posters at the registration desk and they will be navigated to the panels. The format of the posters is ISO A0 (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 inches, portrait orientation). There are no specific rules for the poster design. Best time for pinning up is Tuesday 29th June 5-8pm (please see the program), later installation is not a problem.
For vocal presentations: Proposed format for digital presentations is Powerpoint 2003 or 2007. The presentations will be uploaded at registration desk, this will enable us to control the compatibility in advance. Latest possibility to upload is in the breaks before each session in current Hall. Please contact us if you intend to use other or non standard form of presentation (video, sound etc.). Authors

Dear Authors of the scientific papers,

thank you very much for submission of your paper to the conference Central Europe towards Sustainable Building 2010 in Prague. The Scientific Committee has reviewed all the abstracts and approved over 200 papers for oral or poster presentation.
The acceptance notification has been sent 15th January 2010 to the e-mail addresses noted in the abstracts. If you had not obtained the notification yet, please check first your spam folder and then contact us at papers@cesb.cz.

Full papers submission

The CESB10 papers will be published in the printed proceedings as well as on DVD. Due to the high number of papers to be published, the extent of paper in printed proceedings is limited to 2 or 4 pages. The electronic version of the full paper is limited only by the file size 10 MB. If you intend to present the same information in the printed proceedings and on the DVD, please put short notice in the mail when sending the files.

We would like to ask you to send your papers in English to e-mail papers@cesb.cz until 15th March 2010.

Please keep the name of sent file in the following format:

print-XXX-Surname-Name.doc
or
dvd-XXX-Surname-Name.doc

where XXX is your id number according to the acceptance notification e-mail.

Final form (oral or poster) will be announced in advance of the conference. Some of the papers can be selected for further issue by prior mutual agreement with the author.

Please keep in mind, that the paper can be published after purchase of the registration fee. Register until 15th February and get special early rates (www.cesb.cz/en/registration).
